Cincons, if you haven’t heard of them, are short for “cinnamon beer,” and are usually brewed by the same people who make Guinness.
But in the years since the first Cin con was invented in the 1870s, its popularity has exploded in the U.S. and abroad, and has expanded to include a wide range of other specialty beverages.
There’s a ton of different cinco del pasos and other drinks made with cinnamon, all of which are great to share with friends, family, and co-workers.
